Any Task Manager (winNT, 2k) equaivalent program in WinME?

Hi,

I've used NT and 2k for years, and am having to downgrade to WinME (sigh) to get AC3 out for my home theater PC.

I'm trying to get a constant monitor of memory and CPU load in winME, but have no idea of a good way to do this.

I'd sure appreciate any advice or help you could offer.
