Any synchronization software for apple?

newbie to apple software. i need some kind of synchronization software that will allow me to synchronize files on 2 apple computer over a local network. Hoping to either setup a folder or desktop to be synchronize. Need something easy for my mom, one click synchronization would be great.

Is there any? Any help appreciated. Thanks
