Any suspicious processes running in this task manager?

for some reason um using 846 mb of ram, and FF is only taking up 360k of it... what else in doesnt need to be running? itunes i need, the widgets i need, steam, ldc and trillian which ones in there can i end safely?

why do you need a 21 MB zip program running?

that was for topdesk i believe so its been closed. and i sorta ment 360K kbytes but i missed a part of it.

id recommend first going in to the start up and eliminating programs you dont want or need running on boot. would probably cut out a lot of those.
