Any supreme credit repair experts?

Anyone an extreme credit junky and good at fixing scores? I have found a couple of sites, but I would prefer to talk to someone.

Time and a good payment history on a secured card is the only thing that "repairs" credit.
Anyone who says "send me X$$ and I'll repair your bad credit score" is lying to you.

Well. How long of time are we talking about? Everyone says to make sure you are building credit. So I have one credit card with a 1000 limit. I use it all the time. Let it sit. then pay it off. use it more.. pay it off. No big deal. But I am just curious how long this will take. Very frustrating to have a ~650-680 score.

My current card has a limit. Sometimes I let a balance of like 800 or 900 sit on it for a month. Is that bad? I always make the min. payments without hitch....

Not necessarily bad to leave a balance on a card but I would pay more than the minimum...

My FICO score is around 634, I was able to re-fi a $15k car loan and still get $10k cc's.

The key is to keep the balance below 70% or something like that.

The key is to keep the balance below 70% or something like that.

Anything over maybe 30% has a slight negative effect, but it's minor until about 50%, 70% will be causing some harm, but luckily it's never permanent unless you miss payments etc... as soon as you drop it back down, your score goes back up.

The only REAL scores are FICO scores, even most credit reporting agencys use fake score, myfico.com is the best place, but it's not free. However if you search for codes you can get them for 9.99 per credit report, there are 3 major ones.

From what you said in the topic summary, it has been a while... the effects slowly diminish over time, as long as you use your credit in a good way and dont miss payments etc. After 7 years it fully goes away. But the effects slowly diminish, after 2-3 years of good credit usage, the effects will be smaller and you can be up in 700s, atleast if it was only one bad credit item... if it was many, it may take longer.

That will only work with ferengi, not normal human.
