They seem thinner than these (triple Dell 1920x1200 monitors). http://hardocp.com/news/2009/10/13/eyefinity_update

The six monitor set-up I'm sure would be great for editing documents. It also sounds like Samsung won't be charging that much for them if six monitors (plus stand) are somewhere between the price of one or two Dell 30" LCDs.

I'm guessing $200 or so for each monitor plus $200 for the stand.

it's definitely a step in the right direction. i just think LED backlit displays will allow for even thinner bezels.

why can't they make one large 5760x3600 display with 6 DVI inputs and only the one large bezel around the perimeter? have the necessary circuitry on the monitor to organize the display output however you wish. you could have 6 1920x1200 regions or whatever you want.

You mean something like this--->http://www.seamlessdisplay.com/products_radius320.htm

The advantage of separate ultra thin bezeled monitors would be that each one could be in the sweet spot as far as consumer value goes.

of course. i'm not saying all eyefinity monitors should be bezelless, but there is certainly room for diversity.

On LCD TVs, I haven't heard of any true 120hz models being available yet. On monitors, there are those few models that were released recently (they go along somewhat with the Nvidia 3d stereovision tech).

I went to the nVidia stereo 3D website and found this:http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-system-requirements.html
