Other than knowing everything cold....are there any surprises that you found when you took it? Certain areas need to be reviewed more than others? I am taking the exam on the 9th. I wanna pass it the first time. Any usefull info would be greatly appreciated. thanks
 
i took about a year ago. it was easy. i scored a 92%, and it only took be about 45 minutes. the majority of questions i missed were customer service/troubleshooting related. i only studied about two weeks for it. read some cram guides and went to borders and read two exam cram books.
