Any suggestions on improving this setup?

This is a rack mount server with 8 drive bays in the front so all air must be drawn from there to ensure the drives get adequate cooling. To do this I installed two powerful fans on the back. Problem is, the air flow for the PSU and CPU are most likely compromised from this.

Any suggestions on what to do to fix this issue? For the CPU I'm thinking of just getting rid of the fan and making some kind of duct from one of the fans. Not sure what to do about the PSU though, or if I even need to worry? My fear is the two fans are overpowering that 120mm fan so hardly no air, if any, is making it through the psu. It does not seem that hot though. Not any hotter than it was before I installed those fans. So maybe I don't have to worry?

no nothing to fear.

In fact the stronger the rear fan the better as it will pull cool air in and force out mixed air.

what your worried about is when you have too strong of fans drawing from each other.... but the space in which it draws is big enough that u wont starve the intake.

If anything your biggest problem will be noise from the high powered rear fans.
But if noise doesnt bother you, let it be.

PS. thats a pretty clean server case (its virtually dust spec free!)... lol.... and i mean one of the cleanest ive seen for a setup that age.

The case itself is actually fairly new, maybe 6 months at most. It used to be in a tower, and the basement is dusty, should have seen how nasty it was. This case also has filters which help.

And yeah these fans are loud! It will suck a piece of paper and make it stick to the front too, so at least I know I'm getting good hard drive airflow. Backplanes can be a hard drive's worse enemy if not cooled well enough.
