Any suggestions on a vid capture card?

The Radeon All-in-Wonder got good reviews from PC World. Is there a cheaper alternative that works almost as well?

I thought about Hauppauge wintv pv because it has a hardware mpeg2 decoder -- but the recording function of this card does not work on Windows 2000 with the currently released drivers.

Pinnacles seems pretty good -- but only when you pass the $400 mark or so. Am I missing something here?

What other cards (at any price) would you suggest, and why? I'm looking to capture at high quality.

I wish I were more knowledgeable about the 200. I've seen results from the 500, so I know it's good. I'm waiting to chat with an owner that I know (on the 'net) to get more details.

The 200 seems costly enough to be good ;), but I haven't read or seen much about it.
