Any suggestions on a motherboard for a Q6600 system

I recently bought a Q6600 combo with an ECS G31T-M motherboard from Fry's and this motherboard needs to be replaced. It didn't even fit right in my Antec P180 and the BIOS options are not very good at all. I have 4 gigs of DDR2 800 memory, Antec Earthwatt 500, and an 8800 GT video card if that helps. I am just looking for something that may give me a bit of overclocking options on this Q6600, nothing crazy just up to like 3.0 ghz or a lower if that is not easy.

I wanted to get an ABIT IP35 back when I was setting this computer up but I realize I waited too long and they no longer make them and have released the 45 and others to replace them. I don't need much of the new features and I am trying to find a decent motherboard but nothing too fancy for around $100.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm using a gigabyte P35DS3L for the exact same application -- well, x3210 at 3 ghz but same smell. My desktop is also running 4 gigs and an 8800GT with that same PSU, but with an E2180@3.2ghz.

Wonderful boards (I have two), couldn't be happier. I believe the successor, the P45DS3L can be had for ~90 AR at the moment and is a slightly improved unit (PCIE 2.0).
