I'm about to begin building my new system and just wanted a little advice on the best video card for under $150(US). I am not a serious gamer but enjoy games such as Quake3, Rogue Spear, Motocross Madness etc... Any help would be greatly appreciated. My specs are below:

AMD Duron 700mhz
Asus A7V
128Mb 133
Maxtor 15Gb 7200
Viewsonic EF70
Sound Blaster Live! Value
Sony 48x Cd-Rom

Voodoo 3 can be had for probably 70 bucks nowadays.

Since you say things like Quake3 and don't say things like UT and Deus Ex, might as well go with the Geforce MX.

What's the fillrate on an MX anyway? On my v3 3000 I hit the limit with 1024x768 so I have to OC to get higher rates, and that's with my Duron 650. You'd surely hit the limit of the V3 line of cards.
 
I think a Geforce2 MX will be better for your system since it`s faster then a V3 & you can find them for around $105.
