Any suggestions for this assignment?

I have to write a letter to either the FTC, FDA, FCC, Better Business Bureau for my advertising class.

The issue is misleading advertising, where the customer is being decepted in some form, like the product or service not quite meeting the claims the company states. It could be a print ad, television commercial or advertising practice.

I really hate this kind of assignment. It would help if we had a few weeks to do it, but of course that isn't the case. Can anyone help me think of one?
