Any suggestions for OCing my biostar 965&e6300?

It runs ok with V8 settings. Temps seem to be 115/111 at idle. I never have seen it get above about 130 even at full utilization. Case has 120mm intake and exhaust fans in addition to a side CPU fan. Currently running a stock cpu cooler.

I tried pushing the FSB to 280 this morning and it would not exit bios and go into windows.

Any ideas where I start next?
