It will be a serviceable budget build. I have that board with a 10400 in one of mine, and while it is super basic, it runs well enough.

I agree with @DAPUNISHER but I would add that I think the sweet spot on NVME value is 1TB. I would spend a little extra now just to have the extra space/performance for the long haul. I think it should be like 100% more capacity, a little more perf for about 50% more cost (or less).

I don't know what your PSU options are, but if you are ever going to add a GPU you might consider bumping up just a bit or going for gold rated unit. I mean, you never know. This time next year you might be able to get a 1070 for like $100 or something. The 500W Bronze is likely going to serve you well even then but it's just something to consider, especially if you could get a few extra watts and gold rating for maybe $10-$15 more.
