Any Suggestions For My HTPC Build

Ok guys, so after doing a lot of reading and looking through forums, I?m finally building my HTPC and wanted to see what you guys thought of my choices. First my plans for my HTPC; I will be using it to watch DVD?s, AVI, Blu-Ray, etc.., watching TV, recording TV, music, streaming web content, photo gallery. I will not be using this at all for gaming.

Planing on buying my parts tonight, here?s a link to want I?m planning on buying. Note, I?m not getting everything from newegg, like the Sony Blu-Ray drive I can get that at Fry?s for $169.99 If anyone has any suggestions or comments, please share
