I use Superpower Cases for all of my builds. They are solid and look professional. Here is aLink for a Polaris. You can check out the others that they build as well.

The Antec SX630 and SX635 look like they're going to be good. The 3.5" drive cage has a fan mount in it for an 80mm intake fan, it has the 5.25" drives on rails, and it's forward-compatible to Pentium 4 motherboards. Comes with one 80mm fan too. I heard that buy.com has them... SX635, in stock and SX630, on backorder at the moment.

Others I've used myself are the Enlight 7237 and the Inwin S500, neither of them are bad cases either and you can certainly get them for less money. The HDD access is not quite as easy, though, and neither of them has the HDD-cage fan feature. edit: and of course the door with the handle is a nice feature too, are you building corporate fleet computers? The built-in lock on the handle might be a potential benefit too.
