Any suggestions for a tower case?

I'm looking for suggestions for a tower or mid-tower case for a new rig. I don't really care about looks, but I'd like to try mild overclocking so I'm a little concerned about heat. I hate having a loud PC in my small office, screwless is very nice, and it must be available by mail order.

ATX (Abit KT7A-Raid, 1+ Ghz Athlon - maybe overclocked)
GeForce2 GTS or GTS PRO (maybe overclocked)
Minimum of 4 external 5.25" bays
Minimum of 1 external 3.5" bay
Minimum of 2 internal 3.5" HD bays
