Any Suggestions for a Hot-Swap Removable Drive?

Currently I backup a small business server using Veritas backup exec and a Tape drive.

I was interested in looking into a Removable Hot-Swappable SATA HD (Single) that I could purchase multiple caddy units, that will fit in the same single Hot-Swap 5.25" bay cage.

I was looking at Promise SuperSwap 4100, but the HD Cage Units are about $80 a piece, and they don't sell just the bracketed caddy unit with the handle seperate so you have to buy the entire unit for every drive. This solution combined with a hot-swappable RAID Card from promise, would work but could get expensive quick.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I then considered the StarTech.com BLACK SERIAL ALUMINUM DRIVE ( DRW115SATBK - $63.99 ), which i can buy seperate little caddy units for this one (DRW115CADSBK - $38.99), but after speaking with their tech support, their unit is not hot-swappable, and i'm not sure if i were to just get their unit with a Promise RAID controller, if that would work?

I plan on using the Backup-To-Disk feature in Veritas and backup to a removable HD, which I will put in a fire proof safe.

Looking for some suggestions, or if you know of a better solution that is not too expensive, feel free to inform me.
