Any specific brand of multi-vitamin to get?

look at the labels, im sure you can find a generic Albertsons brand with the same kinda stuff as widely known Centrum tablets.
 
The ones from my local supermarket back when I was in So-Cal was the best (Stater Bros). I tried that One-A-Day crap and my stomach would get irritated, sometimes even achy after I take one. Centrum is damn expensive, but it doesn't irritate me.
 
Other than the irritation factor described above (rare?), I doubt brand matters. Look at the ingredients and the percentages, and keep in mind that more is not always better.
