Any special consideration when building a case?? (ie, grounding and insulation)

Like the title says. Due to recent events, my motherboard has to remain horizontal for my HSF to work. So, I'm going to build some kind of small case because my midtower lying on it's side just won't cut it.

Is there anything special I need to use to mount the mobo? My case doesn't have a removable tray, else I would just use that. The plan is to just have something like Kyle at HardOCP does.
