Any Sound cards available for thinkpad T40 or PCAMCI Type II or III

The best one is the CreativeLab Extigy. It connect using USB and have an external box for connect to 5.1 set.

Though I just learned that some PCMCIA sound cards exist I would still recommend the SB Extigy. I used one with my Inspiron 8200 and it works quite well (much better than I expected). It's almost as good as a PCI sound card.
 
Ok - Thats good to know...

Also, another possibility is the thinkpad docking station II. I think I read that it has a pci slot
although that might have been a half slot size whatever that means. Of coarse this would
negate mobile improvements, yet maybe another option none the less.
