Any Solid x48 boards out there?

Anyone recommend a good x48 board?

Not sure if I still like the nvidia boards...I'm getting one 4870 soon, and the P35 is not worth buying another 4870 to CF with.

I'll be looking to buy a board here in a few months, but is there one board that is looking pretty good? I'll make sure to price watch it on newegg.

I have currently the rig in the sig, and the 8800GT is going to the 4870

I overclock a little, no raid really needed, no wifi, Xfire 16x/16x 2.0 is required. No need for DDR3 and of course 45nm supported.

Thanks!

Most of the X48 boards are doing very well now after a flurry of BIOS releases lately. On the low-end of the spectrum, ASUS P5E Deluxe is a really good choice as is the Gigabyte DS4, or the DFI T2RS. If you do not plan on overclocking past 450FSB, any of those boards are solid choices.

I am loving my Asus Rampage Formula. Very easy to OC with! I'm running 533x8 currently with 1.375v Bios vCore, 1.360v Actual readings through CPU-Z, on my E8400.

I keep hearing " Don't use the LLC! " but my vCore stays rock solid with NO fluctuations in either direction. I also keep hearing about these boards sucking, trust me THEY DON'T! These boards are awesome with 45nm CPU's! JMO

Past 450FSB ? lol My P5B does 490 FSB, I m pretty sure with the right setup most of these boards do 500 FSB.
