any software to allow a constant bluetooth connection?

I'd like for my cell phone to be able to send/receive files from my laptop any time they are in range. Apparently this is a problem with the obex part. I can use my phone as a remote, a headset, etc any time its in range but transferring flies is always tricky.

I'm using Vista. Does anyone have any reco's for software that's good at this?
