Any Software that can make my computer faster?

Well in that case...

There is no single software which can make your computer faster. I would suggest going here for some general performance tweaks. As well as defragging your hard drive and clearing Temporary files out etc.

Clean out your registry. Search the m$ website from a utility to do this. Forget what it is called.

why not do a format if your computer is starting to get bogged down
