Any software for temperature reading of my motherboard

I just bought a Micro ATX ASUS motherboard, i just wanna know there is a way i can check the temperature of my CPU and Motherboard in windows by using any software or any program.

check the CD provided with your mobo.. ASUS usually ships a utility ASUS PROBE for monitoring temps and fans....

if not.. MBM5 and SPEEDFAN are free downloads and the most popular .... do a google and check their sites to see if your particular board is supported.... (MBM would be my preference ...)
