any software for converting MS Outlook audio rec. note to mp3/wav, etc.??

PLEASE, We pulled this great prank on a friend at work & I recorded what happened w/ my PocketPC - but MS Notes format sucks!!! Does anyone know about software to convert/export the audio ?

I assume you have software to play the audio back on your PC?

Then my (ghetto) solution would be to play it back while recording the wave channel with an app like Audacity or even windows' sound recorder since I don't know of any apps that would otherwise convert such a format directly. Just make sure in your 'recording' volumes that your wave channel is selected, not mic/line in.
