Any Software for blocking access to a folder (only write)?

What I want to do, is to have a folder in which any user of my XP Pro SP2 PC can write a file, but no one excepts me can copy or use that file. Just write a file.
Letting the admission to that folder for the other user (not me), is usefull, cos they cant copy or cut the file, but they can open it again and save it in another folder or send it by mail.
I want them not to be able to do anything with the files once created.

Pro gives you more options but not what you are looking for, in windows XP write is higher than Read so you can have read but not write, but not write without read.

You could get what you want to do to work but you are going to have to write some scripts and stuff.

At least as far as I know. I wanted to do the same thing and wrote some scripts that automatically move\copy and archive files so it's all automated.
