I can't seem to find any and given that I have a NIC and Soundcard, with only 2 PCI slots I will be out of expansion slots, would really like to have 3.

Also would like this board to support ddr3 and quad core if possible...so basically a new chipset with 3 or more PCI slots.

No SLI boards with DDR3 yet.
They all have built in LAN though so do you really need that NIC?

I was going to say the same thing. The 680i chipset is really the latest SLI chipset out there. All of them have at least 2x Gigabit Ethernet connections, and some have 4x Gigabit connections (like mine), and support load-sharing/truncating so that you can effectively have a 2 Gigabit connection (or in my case 2x 2 Gigabit connections). Only really useful if you have a good home network and use the system as the lan server (or host lan parties and need a local game server).

The Gigabyte GA-N680SLI-DQ6 has 3 PCI slots, however you lose some of them if you have a double-wide graphics card(s).
