Any sites that show basic how to network?

Title pretty much says it all want to set up this other comp so I can use it for other projects just dont know how to set up a network and if someone can point me to a good step by step site it would be appreciated.

This is pretty straight forward. Basically, if you're only networking two computers, and that's all you ever plan to network, all you need is two NICs and a crossover cable. Otherwise you get your NICs and a hub for more than 2 computers and use regular cable...
