Any sites that list Internet Hotspots by City?

I'm following Stultus up to Alaska for next week and may bring along my laptop. The cruise has itnernet ability but it's so slow it costs about $10 to pull up 1 web page and check email.

I've heard of websites that list wireless hotspots around the county but I've never seen one.

Anyone know of a way to find if there's local internet available in certain cities? Specifically Ketchikcanm Juneau, Skagway, and Anchorage?
