Any site to do a nice side by side comparison of all the democratic candidates?

You're going to love Google when you start using it. Go to www.Google.com and type in "democratic presidential candidates". The first noncommercial site you come up with is Democratic Presidential candidates. I recommend bookmarking Google.

The best website I've found is VoteSmart.

It doesn't have the simple spreadsheet approach you are looking for, but once they candidates fill out their questionaiires (or refuse to, as many do), you can learn a lot about their positions. It is local, state and national.

They don't have the Dems posted yet. Probably closer to primaries.

The Votesmart site that was posted looks pretty good, cept the 'stance on issues' isnt complete yet... Hmm, guess i'll keep huntin...

Here is an example of what vote-smart gives you when candidates respond to their questions (it varies by state, probably 50-75% respond)

It takes out all the BS and forces them to take a position.
