The best website I've found is VoteSmart.

It doesn't have the simple spreadsheet approach you are looking for, but once they candidates fill out their questionaiires (or refuse to, as many do), you can learn a lot about their positions. It is local, state and national.

They don't have the Dems posted yet. Probably closer to primaries.

The Votesmart site that was posted looks pretty good, cept the 'stance on issues' isnt complete yet... Hmm, guess i'll keep huntin...
