Any site offer "Virtual Visa's" ?

I know there are plenty of Virtual MasterCard offers, but don't know of any for Visa. Is there online services that offer these ?

Im looking for something similar to Webcertificate or the Paypal virtual number type of program.

Oh ok, I'm not aware of any others besides WebCert and Paypal.

I know that mbnanetaccess has a program that generates credit card numbers for your account based on the limit and expiration date that you want. Not sure if that's what you were interested in, though.
