Here's jumping straight to cliffs:
1. We publish daily blogs, but one or two people (my boss + a staff med tech, if there's a medical slant to a blog) need to approve each blog, often in batches
2. Sometimes blogs get lost in the shuffle since I send them in batches
3. I don't lose track, but my boss does.. Following up with her on old blogs is getting awkward, especially since we're talking about as much as 10 different blogs a day
Is there a simple service that could help with this? I can upload all the articles and she can view her queue of articles with a STATUS (pending, approved) and add notes?
Once a week she could just glance at what still needs approval, so I don't have to keep track of her?
