Any simple drafting app?

Does anyone know if there is any SIMPLE easy to use drafting app/program? I don't need any belts and whistles, I don't need 3D. Just something I can draft a 2D floor plan with measurement and some furnitures, I looked at some from w10 app store and no luck, I looked at google sketchup it is way too much for my need.
 
Google cad programs for dummies.
There are a few that are free. There is a learning curve with all of them

it's more robust software, but you can use it for really basic stuff. you'll also find a LOT more online resources for it than you would other software
