Any similar alternative to Xmarks?

It hasn't been updated in ages and the Chrome and IE versions suck whereas the Firefox version is awesome

IE Version, sometimes when you sync, it creates duplicate bookmarks with a 2_ prefix to each bookmark. Sometimes the bookmarks lose their favicon

Google Version, upon first sync, your bookmarks all lose their favicons until you visit each one of them again. That can be annoying when you have hundreds of bookmarks in diff. folders

I wish there is another good alternative to Xmarks if they have stopped its development

any suggestions guys/

For Chrome you just need to sign in with your Google account. It will sync bookmarks, extensions, settings, etc. across all browsers where you're signed in. No need for a third party extension.

I'm fairly certain Firefox does this now as well, with Firefox Sync.

Does Firefox Sync work for you? it never has worked for me before

I guess I have to do this synschornization between browsers manually then :(

I liked the idea of Xmarks synchronizing all browser bookmarks but it is kinda buggy with IE and Chrome

I had it working for a bit, but I have broken up with Firefox and am fully committed to Chrome (for now) :p

I currently use Google Bookmarks along with the Yet Another Google Bookmarks Extention. That way I can access my bookmarks from any computer by logging into my google account.
