Any shoutcast software that will broadcast to windows media player

I run a little shoutcast station for my friends, but the ones who have windows media player can't listen...

they don't want to get winamp... so is there any way I can get it so it'll broadcast to WMP...

I don't think there is any other streaming software for WMP other than the software built in to Windows technology. I seriously doubt Microsoft would license this technology to a division of AOL (Nullsoft).

I use windows media player 9 and can listen to his stream just fine.

WMP should be able to play shoutcast streams fine, people use WMP to listen to a MP3 stream I cast every day. The only problem is WMP is dumb and stops playing after ~1.5 hrs and you have to hit play again.

We'll see in about 9 minutes...1:20:51 right now. This is the longest I've ever had this up.

EDIT - 1:49:05 and still going.
