Does anyone know how to creat a (~)<--tilde link or short cut that point to a home directory when you're in a different directory on another drive. It's a long shot, but someone gotta know.
 
Oh no!! Someone caught me at a site I shouldn't have visit. Actually I've seen quite a few Anandtechers there.😛
 
ServU is smart enough now to know how to pass a shortcut along to the FTP users.. In other words.. say the users home dir is d:\ and you want a shortcut to e:\ you can just make a normal shortcut from e:\ and put that in the d:\ root and it will appear as a shortcut to that location in the FTP client window. There is a formal way to do it via a link file here is the link to how to use link files..
