Any seen this Case in person?

I haven't seen it in person, but it does indeed look like a cheap piece of plastic.
I can't find a single case I dig. . .
 
My old dead PC is in a similar case (collecting dust). It has plastic covers around a metal frame, with aluminum shielding on the slide-out door. That doesn't mean it was a bad case, though.
 
Have a green one, looks very much the same. Very cheap quality case, I wouldn't recommend it. The excessive plastic housing tended to keep heat in and there wasn't much room to vent the case itself.

It caught my eye, but the more I looked at it the more I think it's a POS case... argh... can't their be any inexpensive, cool looking, functional cases?

Same here except it is for my sister and it is pink. Normal case for a normal use. Nothing special in it ofcourse.
