Holy CUH-RAP!

"Simon Ranch, Laramie, Wyoming:

$12.65 million, 23,160 deeded acres <-- :Q

The ranch property includes more than six miles of Big Laramie River, which is known for its brown, rainbow and cutthroat trout fishing."

You know...as much as I believe in the merits of free enterprise, private property ownership, acquisition of wealth and all that good stuff, I'm just not sure that a private individual should be able to own like...half of a state's natural resources for crying out loud.
