Any safe way to trade?

Anyone know of a safe way to trade with someone? I met a guy over ebay, and we'll be trading high value items ($2000+). Neither of us have very much feedback, so I was wondering if there's any way to protect us both from the other being a troll? Any service that will like accept both packages, and then forward them on to the people, after they receive both?
