Any rude customer service experience?

i worked there, the customers are mostly azzholes........... alaways trying to get something for nothing

hmm odd. Every time i have had a problem with wal-mart i have always had great customer service.
wait thats wrong there was one time i wen t in and wanted them to slice some meat for sczhuran. The butcher said they dont do that even though there was a huge sign saying they did. when iasked him about that he said they just stoped it and have yet to take down the sign. I went up to teh service desk and talked to a manager of the store. He went back and had them cute it and gave me a $25 gift card for the trouble.
were did you work? and what did you do?
i worked at Walmart two summers, as a cashier..... customers treat you like sh1t, and so does management

Mine was actually in another country...
Salesperson was very friendly. And I do mean friendly - all smiles - like the president was going to meet him.
After showing me the special features... now came the ugly side. I told him that I was just "looking around" .... and he came off with "I've been a really sincere seller - and I hope you would be too etc etc"... all in all trying to push his sales by suggesting that I leave a deposit and come back the next day. Tried the "Didn't bring any money" tactic - but he just brushed it off with "who goes out without money"... etc etc...
The last quote from him was the one that really created an impression - when he asked me where I was from - I just told him US - then he started quoting bad events about US that happened in that country before - I'm not going to quote which country it is - but that was just my worst experience ever. I almost wanted to go to the next store and get the item and just plunge it in his face...

It was horribly overpriced, and not very good, to give you some background.
So, the server lady comes up, and as soon as we order appetizers, she's like "How about next time you try our surf-and-turf mix?" She requotes it with taking our main dish, when she delivers it, after the main course, before getting bill, after getting bill. It got REALLY anooying.

Don't use small change either. You know how hard it is to stuff coins into a G-string without having them fall out?

Anybody hear Howard Stern this morning? I'm not sure how they arranged this prank, but a woman called her cable provider to cancel. The CSR wouldn't let her. She asked for the manager. He wouldn't let her cancel either. She blew up at the end and hung up. I liked it.

Hm.. I had a cashier that didn't say Hi, or greet me in anyway, did not tell me my total, when I asked if that was the total her reply was "thats what I put in the bag". I told her she had great customer service skills.
well i cant stick up for alot of the employees, as some of them were bitter disgruntled workers, i alaways greeted customers, worked very fast (450+ IPH), but customers will be customers....
they used to bitch about discrepencies of less then 25 cents (sure its hard earned money, but when the line is of 20 people.. you should let it go.
the worst is when customers bring an item without a fvckin barcode and ask for the price!, do you think i am a fvckin psychic? then they get pissed when they have to wait, when its their own dam fault... not to mention everyone in the line gets pissed off at you because the line is at a stand still.
Worked as a G@teway tech for like a year and any time someone called in and said thier computer was running slow we were supposed to send them over to sales for more ram. Then we would get calls back from these angry customers who actually bought the ram and they still had the slow computer problems. Now could we attempt to fix it and, usually it was the G@teway Goback software that cost 89 bucks causing the problems. The worst thing about this was that Windows ME had a feature similar to Goback "System restore".
