I have a program that requires a dedicated IP, problem is that my @home service is dynamic. This program (Real Tick III) (daytrading program) was working when I had ICS running. I figured that the hardware solution was the better way to go, but alas everything works great, except the real tick program. I have already tried the IP spoofing with no luck. Netgear Support is down 7/24 f*#@ing as*)&_#s any help is greatly appreciated.

In my experience, @home giving out dynamic IP is not necessarily true.

Yes, they do give out their IP lease through their DHCP server, however the lease is like 1 year lease (quote from AT&T network guy).

Therefore, your IP is somehow a static IP !

I host several server services without a problem

I hope you have the same situation there ...

Oh yeah , btw you have to open your port in RT311 to host any services. It is disabled by default ...
