Any RSA Secur ID Administrators here?

Hi,

I am trying to use my Android phone in place of the RSA fob. I have a token created for me, for Android, but can't import it using the URL supplied to me by Operations. Speaking to the ops person, we can't figure out a way for him (an admin) to supply me with the .sdtid file (token key).

I obviously don't have access to it.

Can any RSA admins tell me step by step directions on how one might get a hold of the token keyfile from an admin's perspective?

Edit: no longer needed. I was able to get it working by forwarding the confirmation email (corporate Outlook) to my gmail (Android phone), but first changing the format to Rich Text (from HTML). I guess HTML corrupts the link.
