I'm trying to setup my York e-mail to run through outlook when I'm not on the campus network right, I can receive the e-mail fine but I don't have the proper Rogers outgoing mail server.

Does anyone know what it is, like mail.rogers.whatever, or is it specific for each user ?

Does your college have an authentication-based SMTP server? You should use that.
