Any risk to undervolting?

Due to Hawaii/Grenada's ability to get to over 90 Centigrade, I have been undervolting and reducing the power limit as much as possible. So far I have it stable at -69 mv core / -31 mv aux and power limit set to -30 percent. It runs much cooler and quieter this way although the clocks throttle a bit (950 ish versus 1000), the performance impact is negligible however. Will sustained undervolting damage the hardware?

Or could potentially show artifacts/instability, but it will not damage the card.

Appreciate the feedback.

I now have it -81 mv on the core and still stable with power limit at -28 percent. Temps are down to (under load) 70-82 centigrade versus 88-95 and fan speeds down to 60-72 percent versus 90-100. There is some performance impact although it's not noticeable outside benchmark scores, generally <5 percent and Witcher 3 still runs 45+ frames at 1920*1200 Ultra in heavily populated areas.
