Any risk to undervolting?

Prime is working fine, what do you guys think? Safe to run at these settings, or even lower?

Undervolting is safe. If you go too low and the system goes unstable or crashes, there's nothing that a simple cmos clear can't fix for you.
My strategy: keep lowering your voltage. There should be a voltage where prime crashes near instantaneously, but at which Windows will still be stable enough for you to up it a bit again. Find that point, then your prime stable voltage should be 1-2 notches higher.
