Any replayTV users out there?

we payed for the lifetime subscription and everything has been fine for almost a year. today the wife tells me we have the "you must activate your subscription" screen again.

anyone ever had this happen after already having paid or have it happen today? was wondering if there was some upgrade going on perhaps.

yeah i was going to do that but the last time i did they kept me on hold for 2 hours and i'm at work now so i figured i'd find out if anyone was experiencing similar difficulties or knew something about a possible system outage.

Seems like the same thing has happened to us once or twice. I just do nothing and it seems to fix itself.
