Any remote desktop app for Mac?

Hey guys,
Is there any remote desktop app for Macs? Specifically, I need a software that works just like RD (put in the IP, username and password and get the user desktop) that can log into a Windows Server 2003 machine set up for RD access. I'm not very familiar with Mac OS so I don't know if this is a built in function.
 
I know there is a client that ships with some Linux distros (Ubuntu comes to mind) It's very possible there could be a OSX port.

I use netop.. www.netop.com

netop is also available for windows, linux, solaris, windows CE (pocket pc), dos, os/2 etc.

This thing is super fast, has a lot of options, file transfer, chat, talk, hardware inventory, software inventory, remote execute, recording, etc..

you prob wont need something this fancy but check it out.. they got great support
