Any remote desktop app for Mac?

Hey guys,
Is there any remote desktop app for Macs? Specifically, I need a software that works just like RD (put in the IP, username and password and get the user desktop) that can log into a Windows Server 2003 machine set up for RD access. I'm not very familiar with Mac OS so I don't know if this is a built in function.

there is a Mac VNC out there....you would jsut need to setup a VNC server on the server 2003 machine and have the mac vnc client run and your all set.

errr... there's a remote destop client for mac made by microsoft... lets you connect to a remote desktop enabled machine. dunno if it matters if it's xp or 2003 server.... but it definitely works for xp
