Any remember this online service?

I remember a while back someone posted a site for an online service that issued credit/debit cards that could only be charged a maximum fixed amount so that companies could not overcharge your credit card.

For example, You could purchase a $40 credit/debit card and it would have a number & expiration date and no charges could be made over $40.

Does anyone remember the website for this service? Thanks!

Do you mean SV cards? "Stored Value" cards? I'm involved with a startup that's going to be issuing such cards in a few weeks. I'll let you know when they are available.
