My experience has been that they're all terrible. You buy one cartridge and it works, sure, but you buy ten and seven work, two leak toner, and one has a jammed feed gear that destroys your printer.
Brother Toner is usually like 50% msrp if you buy it online, which makes the price difference a lot less worrisome.
(I used to be a school computer tech, and managed like 100-odd laser printers, mostly HP and a few Brother's and Samsungs. We went back and forth on OEM vs. 3rd party toner because of exactly the issues I mentioned above. One year we contracted with an office supply company, and their house brand generics were pretty good/reliable. Innovative Office Solutions, I think it was called. But that was a long time ago and I don't know whose stuff they were relabelling. )
